Sqillzer respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting it through our and your compliance with this policy. This policy, together with Sqillzer’s General Terms and Conditions, states the personal information that we collect from you and how such information will be used. This policy does not apply to any information that may be collected from you by any companies and/or third party links that may link to or are accessible from the Sqillzer website and its Services.
No selling of information
Sqillzer will not sell or hand over your personal information, such as your email address, to third parties. However, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of Sqillzer’s company assets, the personal information collected and held by Sqillzer about its users will be considered company assets and thus subject to transfer in a sale to the buyer.
Information Gathering and Usage
When you register for Sqillzer we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. The financial information provided by users of Sqillzer’s paid plans will be transmitted over an encrypted connection (SSL) to our payment gateway and will not be stored by Sqillzer. As discussed in greater detail in Sqillzer’s Terms and Conditions you also provide Sqillzer with certain User Content. Sqillzer uses collected information for the following purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, advertising and research.
Disclosure of Gathered Information
Our policy is to only release personal data that you provide to us to third parties in the following circumstances:
1 To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

Children Under the Age of 13
The Sqillzer website is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13 and Sqillzer does not and will not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. No one under the age of 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to Sqillzer’s website.
At this time, the Service is only open to edits by registered users. This is a spam control measure. When logged in, your user name will be visible in our system and acts under that account will be traceable.
